WAECChecker handles hosting. You only configure DNS at your registrar.
So https://yourdomain.com works (not just www), add a URL redirect or an A record on @ at your registrar.
Step 3 added www. The bare domain (results.yourschool.edu.gh) needs one of the options below so visitors can open your site without typing www.

Your storefront loads at https://www.results.yourschool.edu.gh. The root domain (results.yourschool.edu.gh) uses one of the options above.
Click Check DNS to confirm TXT and CNAME records are visible on the internet. DNS can take 5–30 minutes (sometimes up to 48 hours).
When Check DNS shows both records as OK, click Verify Domain. Then contact us on WhatsApp to activate hosting.

Confirm the Host field is exactly _waecchecker-verification (not _waecchecker and not the full _waecchecker-verification.results.yourschool.edu.gh). Wait 15–30 minutes after saving, then click Check DNS again. If you reconnected your domain, copy the new token from your dashboard and update Namecheap.
The TXT record exists but the value is wrong or incomplete. Copy wc-verify-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx again using the copy button — the full value is 44 characters and starts with wc-verify-. Reconnecting your domain generates a new token; always use the latest value shown on this page.
Add a CNAME record with Host www pointing to domains.waecchecker.com. Do not add a trailing path. If you only added @ (root), add www as well — that is what we verify first.
Many registrars block CNAME on the root (@). Use www instead — add CNAME Host www → domains.waecchecker.com. Your store will work at www.results.yourschool.edu.gh. For root redirect, use your registrar's redirect/forwarding feature to send results.yourschool.edu.gh to www.results.yourschool.edu.gh.
DNS changes can take 5–30 minutes and sometimes up to 48 hours. Click Check DNS every 15 minutes. If records look correct at your registrar but Check DNS still fails, wait and retry — our servers query public DNS directly.
Verification confirms your DNS records. Your domain must also be added on our hosting (Vercel). Contact us on WhatsApp at 0537782941 with your domain name (results.yourschool.edu.gh). Also confirm you completed Step 5 (root @ redirect or A record).
